Find your object by using the Object Browser, no right click on the object and use the context menu Extended Properties... The Extended Properties form will open, now if this is the first Extended Property enter you details otherwise first click on the Add button (it's the one with the arrow, go figure) Now enter you details and click Apply (remember Apply because if you don't by by Extended Properties). Well that was complex and long winded!
